Autumn 2018 – From Champagne to Wine to Royal Castles

Traveling through France during the later parts of summer, and into Autumn, gives you a chance to see the winding down of the hustle and bustle of tourist season, while enjoying great weather and less crowded cafes. I was lucky enough to have the company of two enthusiastic first time young travelers for a little over two weeks.

We traveled for 16 days, August 28th to September 14th, from Paris to Champagne, Chablis, Beaune, Vichy and Tours! Great memories including the Beaune famous Saturday Market, exquisite Champagne Tasting in Cuchery (Regis Poissinnet) and an unforgettable bike ride along the Chablis vineyards.

We indulged in the best of Paris’s sites while experiencing an essential part of the culture, Wine and Champagne! Instead of me telling you all about start of Autumn in France, let’s just look at these beautiful photos.
